Tri-Beta Biology Club: If you are interested in
joining the Tri-Beta Biology Club please call 405-974-5911 to speak with Dr. Wilson or Dr. Bass, the organization
sponsors. You can also visit the Biology Department to register. Plus, everyone from the community is welcome
to participate in our field trip activities.
Pre-Med / Health Professions Club:
The Pre-Med./Health Professions Club is structured to help guide and inform students planning to enter health professions.
In addition, it creates a place where students with similar aspirations and goals can meet. The Club meetings are
held bimonthly (1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month) with guest speakers who address topics of interest pertaining to our
future careers. Meetings usually held in Howell Hall Atrium.

Association for Computing Machinery: The UCO
chapter of the ACM was chartered on December 19, 1994. We are an organization dedicated to enhancing our
educational careers and help our fellow students with programming support, class advice, and teacher information.
AITP Club
Sigma Phi Sigma: Sigma Phi
Sigma is a national funeral service fraternity devoted to enhancing the education of funeral service practitioners.
The Gamma Chapter received formal recognition on the University of Central Oklahoma campus on October 22, 1970.
In our 25 + years, we have augmented the education of hundreds of students.
Sigma Theta Tau: Honor Society of Nursing,
Sigma Theta Tau International, provides leadership and scholarship in practice, education and research to enhance the
health of all people. We support the learning and professional development of our members, who strive to improve
nursing care worldwide.
Student Nurse
Association: Membership in the University of Central Oklahoma Student Nurses' Association is open to all
nursing students. Monthly meetings are held on campus. Announcements and/or posters will be up ONE WEEK PRIOR to each
meetings stating the program and place of the meeting.
